I am a big fan of keeping things simple. Your first five evaluations are FREE! Just tell me how to access the listings. This gives us a chance to lock in a process and get to know one another. I email you any suggestions. My email will include an evaluation of the photos and the descriptive written content. Good spelling, grammar, and punctuation matter, too, because they reflect credibility.

After that, I require payment prior to service, but you can establish an account for however many listings you think you'd like me to review. I charge $50 to look at each existing or soon-to-be posted online listing. I offer package discounts for 100 evaluations or more. Email for details.

Among other services: localization for overseas clients who want their listings to appeal to American homebuyers. Email for details. Tweaking -- this is for clients who have "graduated" in my opinion. They send me 25 listings at random per year and I review them for free just to see if anything needs "tweaking."
